Rockwell Collins recently expanded its presence in the Middle East, one of the fastest growing markets for aerospace and defense, with a new regional headquarters in Dubai and a United Arab Emirates office in the capital city of Abu Dhabi. These facilities will enhance the support and responsiveness we offer to our customer base, and enable us to develop new and existing partnerships across the Middle East.

Commercial Aviation
Rockwell Collins supplies both new and retrofit solutions addressing avionics, flight information services, cabin systems, service and support to air transport and business aviation companies within the region.
Our equipment has been selected by most airline companies in the Middle East for their new aircraft. This makes us the leading provider in communication and navigation radio sensors and data links, equipping the B737, B777, A320, A330 and A380 aircraft of ten airline companies in the region. We also deliver large standard content for the new A350, B787 and B747-8 aircraft ordered by the fast-growing carriers in the Middle East.
In the business jet market, Rockwell Collins is leading in avionics and cabin systems, being the top provider for Bombardier Challenger 600 series aircraft. We provide systems and support to operators of VIP versions of Airbus and Boeing airplanes throughout the Middle East, while our integrated portfolio of flight services is already in operation with nine customers in the region.
Rockwell Collins is an established supplier of visual systems for the region’s commercial airline pilot training flight simulators, and is incumbent with the major carriers in the area.
Military

Our portfolio allows us to tailor advanced interoperable solutions and meet the most demanding military requirements.
Rockwell Collins avionics and communications systems are on board military aircraft and helicopter platforms throughout the area. Rockwell Collins also supplies multiple Tactical Data Links such as Link 11, Link 16 and Link 22 and our DLS joint-venture with BAE Systems is the largest supplier of MIDS Link 16 terminals in the Middle East region.
Our comprehensive portfolio of military solutions includes network enabled communications, advanced targeting systems, avionics for manned and unmanned aircrafts, mobile solutions for border security, and simulation and training products.
Rockwell Collins has supplied turn-key training systems into the region through the US Foreign Military Sales process as well as many simulation products to military users in the region.
